In just three years, I have developed 26 specialized training modules for expert audiences and engineers worldwide, impacting nearly 2,000 learners.
Our awareness campaign about conflict minerals have successfully reached around 80,000 individuals within THALES.
At MBDA, the training programs were designed for external clients, available exclusively in French, English, Italian, and German.
The topics covered include quality management, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), armament (classified defense), quality assurance, and sales. It was deployed across diverse formats such as digital content, rapid MOOCs, interactive resources, toolkits, assessments, and in-person training sessions.
